Our Landscapes
At the head of this valley, nestled between the Namadgi and Kosciousko National Parks, lies Snowgums Mountain Retreat. With this property the landscapes were created first by its previous owners and then when it was taken over by Peita De Boer, it made for the perfect blank canvas to place a home that perfectly fits into its landscapes. With the landscapes in mind, the house was placed so that you are able to get those picture perfect views from every angle or opening throughout the house making it truly a wonderful and unique experience.
Having walking tracks right around the house leading to all our different unique spots within the property you'll almost find yourself feeling like you are in a new location all the time.
Our Location
Being only 90 minutes away from Canberra and only 45 minutes from The Big Trout town of Adaminaby this makes it the perfect location to have your holiday away, whether your wanting to go for horse back riding or fishing at Lake Eucumbene you're never more than a stones throw away from exciting adventures. It's far enough away from the big cities, though still close enough to make it a short distance drive. Being nestled into the Mountain you'll never expect for such a magnificent property to appear right in front of your eyes, making it the perfect secret getaway location. On your drive to the property you'll find looking at these vast open fields and High Mountains in the country air gives you a sense of relief and relaxation. This property is truly one of a kind.
